Barcelona's Weekly Tech Update

By The Barcinno Team • Issue #629

Hello and happy Monday,

Barcelona International Community Day 2026: From living in the city to becoming part of it 🌍

Barcelona International Community Day is back this Saturday, 24 October, bringing the city’s international community together once again at the Maritime Museum.

This year, the focus goes beyond just settling in. It’s about making connections, finding opportunities, and getting more involved. Perfect for both newcomers and longer-term residents looking to build their careers, volunteer, finally master Catalan, or figure out those local services you’ve been meaning to look into.

💥 And this 13th edition is the biggest yet:

  • A record 84 exhibitors, from companies and international schools to associations and public services

  • 68 activities covering jobs, entrepreneurship, tech, healthcare, housing, education, Catalan, networking, and more

  • More career opportunities, with Barcelona Activa expanding its job-search support and Mobile World Capital Barcelona connecting international talent with multinationals and tech hubs

  • More ways to get involved in Barcelona, with an increased focus on Catalan, volunteering, and community participation

It runs from 10:00–19:00 and, as always, entry is completely free!

Have a great week!
